My Ava is three AND three quarters already! My sweet baby girl is going to be FOUR years old in just a few months. There is something about three that still seems so little & for some reason, four seems so much bigger! As I was snuggling with her before her afternoon nap the other day, it hit me like a flood that my baby girl is growing up, right before my eyes! Almost every afternoon as I tuck my Ava & my Anibella in for their afternoon naps, Ava asks me if I am going to take a nap with her & her baby sissy. She always asks me so sweetly & oh, how I wish I could, every single day! Usually, I need to finish up school with my big girls so we just cuddle a while & then they fall asleep. Well, this day after I cuddled with my Anibella & put her in her crib, I lingered with my Ava for a while after she fell asleep & I cried. It was a good, sweet, "I'm so grateful for my baby girl" cry. It was a "Thank you God for my little Ava" cry. It was a "God, you have been SO good to me!" cry. It was a fresh reminder to stop, get down on her level, look into her precious blue eyes, try to understand what she is thinking & feeling in her little toddler world & ENJOY her! Ava is the kind of little girl that is sweet, sincere, genuine, lovable, cuddly & precious pretty much all the time! (We all know that there is the sinful nature involved so, of course, she has her moments!) I want to savor every moment with all of my girls! I am so grateful & so incredibly blessed that God has allowed me to be my girls' Mommy! I always want to remember what a gift & an honor it is! That day was such a sweet reminder of this amazing gift! So, here are some sweet pictures of my precious little THREE for-just-a-little-while-longer Ava Grace!

Mommy said, "okay Baby, we're alllmost done with pictures!" & this cute little "YAAAAAAY!" was Ava's response! Haha!

What a sweet post! And I must say, her form while in mid-air is impeccable! She looks like a little model!
She is *SO* adorable! And I agree with Susan, she does look like a model, haha.
She is just so precious. She is looking less "baby" and more "girlish" and I'm sure watching her grow up is so much fun!
