Palmer Pizzeria

For Valentine's Day I asked my Hubby to help me start a collection of fun thing for special themed family nights. The first set I wanted was a "pizza bistro" theme. He got me authentic "coke" cups, a pizza stand, 2 parmesan cheese shakers, a red & white gingham table cloth, a drink pitcher & 2 red crackle candle holders. I bought red paper plates & red & white gingham napkins until I can get real ones. I absolutely LOVE our pizza bistro stuff & look forward to lots of family nights with this fun theme! I'm thinking we can use it for any Italian food like lasagna, calzones, stromboli & lots more I'm sure. Slowly, over the course of a few weeks, we had been receiving different things by UPS for this & so the suspense was building & it was really exciting for our little girls! I told them that it was all a part of a surprise for family night & that they would get to see it when we got everything we needed. It was funny & cute to watch them try to guess & figure out what in the world it could be! If you haven't noticed by now, I LOVE SURPRISES!!!!!!! (they love em as much as I do too! My Hubby, not so much! He can hardly stand to keep any special thing a secret! It's cute, he loves to bless us so much that it's hard for him to contain himself about a surprise for us! Just one of about a billion reasons why I love my sweet man!) I really love keeping special things a secret & seeing the look on my family's face when they finally find out! I'm trying to figure out who had more fun with it, my family or me! I think it was a tie! : ) We used it for the first time this week & it was as awesome as I hoped it would be! I had it all set up & when the pizza was delivered, Daddy called them all to come eat at the "Palmer Pizzeria"! They were so excited! It was so much fun for my Hubby & I to see our girls so excited! I want my girls & I to learn to make our own pizza but for the first night I wanted it to be a surprise. (Actually my Hubby is probably gonna be the one to want to learn & then teach all his girls! He loves to cook & is actually very good at it!) Since we can't go out as often as we like to have family night, I'm so happy we can make it fun & special! : ) I'm so grateful for my sweet & amazing Hubby who loves to bless our girls & I with fun & special things! ♥

Valentine's Day with my 6 sweeties!

I really love doing special things for my sweet family & letting my girls know how precious they are to us! What makes it even more fun is that my little girls love it & they're always so grateful & excited about it! (Right about now you're probably feeling a little sorry for my Hubby but don't worry! Our girls & I also love to go all out for him for his birthday, special games that the Cowboys play, his college graduation & things like that, all in very masculine colors, mind you! : ) I just have to recognize that my sweet & very patient Hubby really does endure a lot of girlie-ness around here! He is an amazing girl-Daddy & we are so grateful for him!) We had a very sweet little family Valentine's Day party today since Daddy had today off. We had a yummy breakfast & my Hubby made his famous chocolate chip pancakes in heart shapes, which, of course, our girls LOVED & other yummy stuff! Our girls got little baskets of treats & we just spent the day doing fun stuff together! Yesterday was also my littlest Valentine, Anibella's , 1st Valentine's Day! I'm so grateful to have another sweet little Valentine to love this year! : ) I adore my 5 precious little girlies & my first true love, my Randal! I thank God for my sweet family!

My Yummy Baby!

Here are a few more pictures that my super talented friend Molly Flanagan (click HERE to see more of her amazing work!) took of my sweet Anibella at her newborn photoshoot when she was only 6 days old! I love these pictures of my yummy baby & I just couldn't resist sharing them! I am so grateful for Molly & what an amazing job she did capturing my Anibella's sweetness! Molly was so patient & gentle during our photoshoot & made it such a sweet & special experience for us both! Thanks again Molly! : ) I have to say that the plate that Anibella is on is a regular dinner-sized plate which shows how teeny tiny she was when these pictures were taken! I love it! : )
